Lmeng is a heated bedding and heating pad supplier, located in Shaoxing City, 2 hour driving time away from Shanghai Yangshan Port or Ningbo Port, with 115, 000 square meters factory and over 1, 000 skilled workers. Shaoxing is world famous textile capital which produced 1/4 of fabric on this planet in the last decades. Lmeng is part of this textile industry and partnership since the first day. Our heated textile products are using temperature protection heating wires from Japan or printed electronics technology, and sewed by very skilled workers in our own modern industrial campus, managed under Foxconn-style system. Depending on our production capacity, technical advantage and the successful experiences of overseas, now we start to March the field of smart home. Lmeng started by OEM, the products mainly export to America, Canada, and Australia, annual exports of at least ¥ 3 million. Our mainly cooperative partners are Sunbeam and Breville.
The old and new factory cover an area about 100, 000 square meters including 12 production lines with heated blanket production line, heated pad line, etc. Daily output 10, 000PCS. The Processing plant have quilting machines, automatic cutting machine, welding machine, injection molding machine, automatic positioner, and automatic sewing machine.
We have developed our own production equipment, test equipment, and professional laboratory which meet the demands of CB, TUV, GS, UL, SAA, CE, CCC. The LMENG Laboratory has obtained the qualification of WTDP, and has become the leading testing laboratory for electrothermal therapy products in China. All the products need to pass the functional tests and fulfill the safety specifications before it go to the market. All actions taken in factory like R&D, process, QA, lab experiment are following international standard or best practice.
The company has owned patents and software copyrights, got ISO9001, ISO14000 certificate, and pass the factory evaluation (FCCA/GMP) of Walmart, CVS, Costco, and Walgreens. Leading the charge internationally in fields of heated products.
